The last fair board meeting before this years fair, will be held on Monday, Sept 8th at 8 PM at the Grange Hall. Any last minute details you have, please bring with you or any supplys that you may need, need to be given to the secretary ASAP.

A work day has been set for Saturday, August 23rd starting at 9 AM, at the fairgrounds.

It was voted on at the Aug 5th meeting to change the fair board meeting from Monday the 25th to 7 PM on the 23rd since we will all be at the fairgrounds already.

The fair board meeting will be held along with the Grange meeting on Tuesday, April 1st at the Grange Hall. Instead of having the fair board Monday night, then the next night would be the Grange meeting, we are combining the two meetings.

The 2007 "Bushels of Fun" Fair Appreciation Dinner will be held on Saturday, Feb 2, 2008 6:30 PM, at the Harmony Grange Hall.
The meats & beverages will be provided, please bring a covered dish or dessert to help complete the meal.

Due to the fair board meeting and the Clearfield Fair parade both being on the 30th, we are moving the Fair Board meeting to Monday, July 23rd at 8 PM, at the Grange Hall.
Please mark your calendars and be there on the 23rd!

The fair board meeting for June is changed to Tuesday the 26th at 8 PM, at the Grange Hall. Any changes for the fair book, need to be in by July 1st.

Due to Memorial Day, the May fair board meeting will be on Monday, May 21 at 8 PM, at the Grange Hall.

Also, any and all changes for this years fair book needs to be in by the end of June!

Just a reminder that the April fair board meeting will be Monday night, April 30 at 8 PM, at the Grange Hall.

The regular monthly meeting of the Harmony Grange is Tuesday, May 1 at 8 PM.

The fair board meeting for March will be held on Monday evening, March 26, at the Grange Hall.

A combined Fair Board / Grange Meeting will be held on Monday, February 26th at 7:30 PM in the Grange Hall Kitchen. Please plan on attending to help plan for this years fair. Postcards are being mailed to those members without email addresses.

We would also like to thank Hines Equipment in Cresson & Bellwood, Quaker Sales Corporation in Johnstown, Harmony Gas Oil & Timber Company in Cherry Tree, Live Well Estates (formly Swan Lake in Hillsdale), A.B. Farms of Cherry Tree, and Rorabaugh Lumber in Burnside for their donations of equipment etc., so that our track was in the best condition for all our pulling events!!

There are a couple corrections that have been found in the Premium Guide book.

1. Pg. 34 - Dept. 22 - There will NOT be a fiddle contest this year.
2. Pg. 36 - Dept 22 - The open tractors (smokers) are pulling SATURDAY night, not Thursday as listed on pg. 36. The correct weights and time for the open tractors are on pg. 39.
3. Pg. 38 - Dept. 22 - The Quad pull is TUESDAY NIGHT @ 7 PM, not Saturday morning as listed in the rules.

Save yourself time by taking advantage of pre-registration of your entries. No standing in line to get your tags, they will be printed out and waiting for you to pick them up in the fair office.

Exhibits will be taken on Monday, Sept. 18 from Noon til 8 PM and Tuesday morning, Sept. 19 from 9 til Noon. ALL entries close at Noon!
